When you purchase any brand new saddles from us either on line or on your own premises after a saddle fitting, you are covered by the UK legislation and have a full 14 day period from the date of purchase in order to return the item for full refund.
The item should be in the original condition and not have been altered by anyone other than Balmoral Equestrian.
Any defects caused by ridden work will need to be deducted.
Saddles need to be returned directly to us for inspection.
Cancelations of new orders need to be made in writing and bespoke items may carry a surcharge.
